It's simple I ordered a wrap bracelet from a consultant, Skyler S****** and never received my order. I reached out to her several times with no response. I see where she reads the messages but won't respond to me. I emailed Peral Chic directly no response either. I even reached out the the consultant, Savanna above my consultant and her assistant did did respond but had incorrect information. The package she said was sent to me in 12/10 had other items not my wrap bracelet. I ordered on 10/29/2020 and it's now 3/16/2021 and still no bracelet. I asked for additional information proof of what was in the package as I had ordered several packages with them. They can't tell me what was shipped? I asked for tracking and they gave me false information. I just want what I paid for. Entire company is very unprofessional and unresponsive.

Purchased a ring from them. Within the week the smalls stones started falling out. I reached out to get a refund, and the Katrina C*** the sell representative would not email me back, and would only respond to my emails I sent to the corporate email for pearl chic stating she tried contacting me which, but that was not true.

On 11/26/2020 I purchased 3 - 22 inch chains and 1- 18 inch chain as add ons to the pendants I purchased. My package did not arrive until 12/28/2020- the very day I received my package I opened it and reached out to the consultant noting there was a problem. I received 1- 18 inch chains and 1- 22 inch chain. I followed up again with the consultant via ******** messenger, messages were read- however, I've never received a response. At this time, I just want the 2- 22inch chains that I ordered, that are missing or a refund for them. This has been ridiculous to get something that they made an error on resolved- I totally understand, we're all human and make mistakes but, come on own up to it and fix it. I also have screen shots of the ** messages being read but not responded to with the coordinating dates.

I have spent over $800 in merchandise with your company since November 2020. My first order that I made in NOVEMBER is still not here!! In fact I have NOTHING to show for my money at all at this moment as none of my orders have arrived! This is unacceptable. I have been in contact with the sweet gal who sold it to me and there is nothing she can do. I NEED YOU collectively as a company to reach out to me and give me an ETA at the very least of when I can receive my November order. I have reached out via email as well with no response. I will give it 24hrs for a response of any kind before I report to BBB as well as contact my banking institution to collect my refund. I am appalled with the lack of customer service the upper chain of command is lacking!

I have ordered over 700 dollars from this consultant that I never got. I had reached out to a different consultant who's been trying to help me get a refund for what I've never gotten. I reached out to owners and got no answer. The new consultant reached out to her boss and there still is no resolution... The company had fired the pervious consultant in late August and all of these purchases were prior to her getting fired. I've been reaching out to my old consultant for months to try and see if she's just okay with no answer. I tried reaching out to old consultant about my stuff, still no answer. I'm fed up!! It's like Pearl Chic doesn't want to take any responsibility for what's going on. Take the 759 dollar hit, and call it a day.

I placed an order on 7/15 and another on 7/16. One of these was finally delivered on 10/17. However, it was damaged. The other item still has not been delivered. They are refusing to refund me to product I never received or that was damaged upon arrival.

I placed two different oders with the company for approximately $300 on June 11, 2020 and July 15, 2020. After watching the opening of the oysters for the first order I decided not to have them mounted. They should have been sent out within two weeks but I didn't get any email about the shipping. I proceed to place another order for a mystery boxe and a ring on July 15. I knew the boxes would take time to get in so it was finally opened July 25th. A few days later I made a decision on July 28th I for which pendant and chain I would get from what I got from my mystery box. Then on August 2, 2020 I received a message on ******** messenger about my June 11 order that still had not been shipped. I was understanding about shipping being late due to covid-19 so I wasn't too worried. It wasn't until August 31st, 2020 that I reached out again about my orders that should have been shipped. The excuse I got was that the power had been out since 8am and the consultant was setting up her...

The pearls they are selling online are fake they have zero value they are worthless and I want my $981.91 back that was charged onto my card
Our pearls are 100% genuine cultured pearls. We have asked ***** for a copy of the appraisal he received saying otherwise and he has failed to provide it.

I have to go and see the jeweler on 6.17.2020 to get the paperwork they are requesting they refuse to tell me a place that they accept for appraisals
This customer is blindingly claiming our product is fake. It's slander and we will not stand for it. Not only is it common knowledge you can easily tell if a pearl is real by rubbing two together, we've had many appraisals over the 3 1/2 years we've been in business and have certifications on file with qualified parties. The pearls are shown on ******** **** coming directly from the oyster. This customer has not provided any validity to his slanderous complaint. We simply asked for him to provide his appraisal and we would have our attorney take things from there. He has provided nothing of the sort and is making up every excuse he can, even though he initially claimed he already had them appraised.

the jeweler that I contacted said the appraisal would cost me fifty bucks I asked Pearl Chic if they're going to reimburse me that money whenever this is all said and done they refused I am trying to work on getting the money to have the appraisal done I am going off of what the jeweler told me who is a master jeweler so they want to sit there and play the slander game that's fine I'm going to find somebody that will praise him not once have they offered to sit there and have an appraisal done on their end and have that person contact me I mean honestly if they got somebody can do the appraisal then let them do it send me a certified letter for the shipping and handling of those pearls that I have and I will send it to that person and we can get this resolved that way I simply want the appraisal done but right now I do not have the extra $50 be spending on an appraisal because the jewelry that I dealt with already told me that it's going to cost me fifty bucks for him to put his name on the line because he's already knowing that it's going to get an attorney involved if they have somebody that's qualified to do the appraisal then to send me a letter or a package that I can send them out in and have it done and we can get this resolved that way
This customer already said he had them appraised. We've been in business for almost 4 years. We are not paying for an appraisal for him because he's desperate for money, and is making up lies about our product to try and get money. This is our final response. We've offered him a solution of simply sending in the appraisal he already claimed he had gotten, which clearly doesn't exist. There should be no further discussion on this matter.

The jeweler that I have talked to you will not write anything up unless I paid a $50 feet and I do not have an extra $50 and for Pearl Chic to sit there and judge me and say I'm desperate for money is beyond disrespectful and slander on their end I am not accepting this game that they want to play I have even emailed them saying that if they have this supposed quote on quote jeweler or this person that does their appraisals is so great then simply send me an envelope with the information on it and I will send the pearls then do their appraisal guy and let them do it and then just cut me a check and be done where is there a notarized copy of the fact that these are certified real pearls because I just had a second company look at them today and the jeweler told me flat out that he could sit there and buy them for five bucks a piece but they aren't worth anything and that was ***** at the ********* **** ****** ** and they have been around for awhile the fact that Pearl Chic wants to sit there and put out all we've been in business most for years that doesn't mean anything if you got somebody can do the appraisal then have them do it I will gladly send them in and I will be sending in a copy of their last response to me which goes to show how uncooperative this company really is I am simply trying to get rid of these things because I have no use for them but I am not going to take a $981 loss whenever every jewelry I've talked to you already has all said the same thing that they have no value there's nothing to them when you sit there and you dye a pearl it loses its value they are in jewelry they never was going to be in jewelry I simply am trying to be the nice guy and say look I'll gladly send them back to you you can have them you can contact the other person that was involved in all this on your own and deal with her I don't care is the fact that two Jewelers ****** told me they have no value I'm not paying out hundreds of dollars just for a piece of paper that's going to say the same thing anywhere I go every girl shake has a true real appraisal place to have these things looked at and priced out then why is it so hard for them to produce information for that person and send it over we're have that person reach out to me and appraise them & a check and send it to me

8/27/19 I purchased a pearl and necklace from *** for $55.98 9/12/19 I also made a purchase for a pearl and necklace for $61.98 I contacted 9/22/19 and received a response that it would be shipped out before going on vacation. 10/8/19 I still did not receive them and contacted them again. I received a long story about why it hasn't been shipped and that it should ship out 10/9/19. Items are still not received. I contacted again last night and while it has been read, no response was given. At this point I was not able to give the August purchase for a birthday 9/22 and I'm beyond irritated as they are still actively selling almost every night. If you have too much drama going on in your life that you can't keep up with your business don't sell things!
